Profile
Ihsan Kundi, Advocate High Court, joins Lex Justitia as a Consultant, with a practice spanning corporate advisory, civil litigation and criminal defence. He advises companies and private clients across the ordinary life of a business and of a dispute alike — incorporation and regulatory compliance, contracts and their breach, recovery and title — and conducts proceedings before the trial courts and the High Court.
On the civil side his work covers suits for declaration, possession, specific performance and recovery, together with the injunctions and execution proceedings that decide whether a decree is worth anything once it is obtained. In criminal matters he appears in pre-arrest and post-arrest bail applications and at trial, reading the investigative record closely — the FIR, the case diary, the recovery and the chain of custody — for the gaps on which relief usually turns.
He read law at Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan, taking his LL.B in 2019, having completed his earlier education at Wensam College in the same city. He works in Urdu and English, and holds to the firm’s practice of telling a client plainly what the record supports and what it does not — a well-prepared file narrows the issues a court has to decide, and spares the client the cost of arguing over a record that should have been in order from the start.
